Terms and Conditions – Dog N Me B.V.
Dog N Me B.V. (hereinafter referred to as “Dog N Me”, “we” or “us”) offers products through dognmeshop.com. These terms and conditions apply to orders placed through our online store.

1. Applicability
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries by Dog N Me to consumers.
1.2 By placing an order with Dog N Me, you agree to the applicability of these terms and conditions.
1.3 Dog N Me may amend these terms and conditions. An order is governed by the terms and conditions that were applicable at the time the order was placed.
2. Offer and agreement
2.1 We make every effort to display product information, images, prices and availability as accurately and completely as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding on Dog N Me.
2.2 An agreement is concluded after we have received and confirmed your order.
2.3 If a product is unexpectedly unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled for another justified reason, we will inform you as soon as possible. Any amounts already paid for products that cannot be delivered will be refunded.
3. Prices and payment
3.1 Consumer prices shown include applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.2 Any shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your order.
3.3 You can pay using the payment methods offered during checkout.
3.4 An order can only be processed once the required payment or payment authorisation has been received.
4. Delivery
4.1 Dog N Me delivers the products to the delivery address provided by you. You are responsible for entering the correct address details.
4.2 We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes stated on our website. Delivery times are indicative unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4.3 Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a track & trace link where available.
4.4 The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the products.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
5.1 You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it without giving a reason.
5.2 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please register your return within this period through our online returns portal:
5.3 In the returns portal, you can select the items you wish to return, provide the reason for your return and choose a refund or, where available, an exchange. The available return method and applicable return costs will then be displayed.
5.4 The direct costs of returning the products are generally at your own expense. Return costs vary by country. You can find the current return costs on our shipping and returns page.
5.5 If a product arrives damaged or we have sent you an incorrect product, please report this through our returns portal or contact us at info@dognme.nl. If the error is on our side, we will not charge return costs.
5.6 During the return period, you may inspect and try on the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary and has consequently decreased in value, we may deduct this loss in value from the refund.
5.7 If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the original standard shipping costs. Any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option do not have to be refunded.
5.8 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
6.1 The right of withdrawal may not apply to products made according to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.
6.2 The right of withdrawal may also be excluded for sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.
7. Warranty and conformity
7.1 You are entitled to receive a product that is fit for purpose and meets what you may reasonably expect from it. Your statutory warranty rights remain fully applicable.
7.2 If a product is damaged, defective or does not meet what you may reasonably expect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dognme.nl, quoting your order number. Where relevant, we may ask you to provide photographs of the product.
7.3 Damage caused by incorrect or improper use of a product is not covered by the statutory warranty to the extent that the damage was caused by such use.
8. Liability and force majeure
8.1 Dog N Me is liable for damage to the extent that such damage is attributable to Dog N Me under applicable law.
8.2 Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by mandatory law.
8.3 In the event of force majeure, Dog N Me may suspend performance of the agreement for as long as the force majeure situation continues.
8.4 Force majeure means circumstances beyond our reasonable control that temporarily or permanently prevent us from fulfilling our obligations or fulfilling them on time.
8.5 If performance becomes permanently impossible due to force majeure, the parties may terminate the agreement insofar as it has not yet been performed. Amounts already paid for products that will consequently not be delivered will be refunded.
9. Complaints
9.1 If you have a complaint about a product, order or our services, please contact us within a reasonable period at info@dognme.nl and describe your complaint as fully as possible.
9.2 We will endeavour to resolve complaints as quickly as possible and in consultation with you.
9.3 A complaint does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Applicable law and disputes
10.1 Agreements with Dog N Me are governed by Dutch law.
10.2 If you are a consumer residing in another country and the mandatory consumer law of that country provides you with additional protection that cannot contractually be excluded, those rights remain applicable.
10.3 The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute by mutual agreement.
10.4 If a dispute is submitted to a court, the court having jurisdiction under the applicable statutory rules will have jurisdiction.
11. Intellectual property
11.1 All texts, images, logos, designs and other materials on our website are owned by Dog N Me or are used with the permission of the relevant rights holder, unless otherwise stated.
11.2 These materials may not be copied, distributed, made public or used commercially without Dog N Me's prior permission, except where permitted by law.
